Department of Philosophy, Magadh Mahila College, Patna,celebrated “Azadi Ka Amrita Mahotsav “on 31.03.2023, at Seminar Hall and organized one day lecture on Professional Ethics and Gandhi’s Philosophy, which was sponsored by Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi under the guidance of Prof.Namita Kumari, Principal of MMC and Ranjana Yadav, Convenor, (Head, Department of Philosophy, MMC). The programme was started by lightning of lamp by Prof.Namita Kumari,( Principal, MMC), Chief guest Prof. Rajesh Kumar Singh( Head, PG Department of Philosophy, Patna University), Speakers, Prof. Ameeta Jaiswal,(Head, Department of Philosophy, Patna’s Women College) and Dr. Shyamal Kishor,(Head, PG Department of Philosophy, TPS College Patna). In this lecture Principal Ma’am motivated the students and staffs to follow the good code of conduct and enhanced their knowledge on Gandhian Philosophical Values. All the eminent Speakers and cheif guest enlightened us with their valuable information regarding to Professional Ethics and Gandhi’s Philosophy which focused those values which construct the good society and conduct, the society where we lived and the culture which we belong and each Profession should follow the Gandhian values of Sathya, Ahimsa,Aprigrah, karma, Sarvodhya, and tolerance. At the end of programme, Dr.Suchita Arpan( Assistant Professor, Department of Philosophy) gave vote of thanks to everyone.
