Gender Sensitization Cell (Internal Complaints Committee)
The MMC has entered in platinum jubilee year since 26th July,2020. The College is committed to holistic development of young women of Bihar in order to make effective contribution to the creation of new developed society. The Institution trains students not only in academic field but also in all-round personality development of students, environment conservation and social responsibility. The holistic approach about all-round development of students has enabled the institution to go from strength to progress.
In pursuance of UGC (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Magadh Mahila College is constituted :
- To observing the Law of Sexual Harassment.
- To sensitizing students and faculty members on gender issues
- To address the complaints from victims
- To deal with the complaints relating to Sexual harassment at work place.
- To spread awareness about gender-related issues and functioning of the ICC
The College has a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and is proactively committed to provide a safe conducive work and academic environment to students and employees. We at MMC are extremely alert to matters pertaining to any kind of harassment and gender sensitivity. Any student aggrieved in this matter may fearlessly approach the Chairperson of the ICC against sexual harassment.

Send an email to info@magadhmahilacollege.org • Complaints on a plain paper addressed to the Presiding Officer may be posted in Complaints Box posted in the Main Corridor near Principal’s Chamber. Your complaint will be kept confidential.
