As per the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines Magadh Mahila College has establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure.The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) mandated all accredited institutions to submit an Annual Self-Reviewed Progress Report to NAAC, through the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the College. The Report details the tangible results achieved in key areas, specifically identified by the institutional IQAC at the beginning of the academic year. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC becomes a part of the institution’s system and works towards realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.The prime work of IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the College.
